Foresight Intelligence Manager
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience managing security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies. + 5 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and solutioning using data as it relates to intelligence and risk, addressing threats, vulnerabilities, or risks to the company. + 3 years of experience in foresight, futures thinking, or intelligence analysis. + Experience managing teams, defining goals, owning budgets, and creating operations strategies. Preferred qualifications: + Experience managing large scale projects from ideation to implementation. + Ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to drive improvements to security intelligence processes. + Ability to analyze, interpret, and draw solutions from data, as it relates intelligence and risk. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$227,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess potential future risks to Google's physical security environment, considering emergent needs, current events, and long-term priorities. + Manage and mentor a team of emerging risk analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and strategic thinking. + Partner with geopolitical and threat intelligence analysts to identify and assess emerging risks to Google’s security and resilience mission. + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate ongoing dialogue about emerging resilience risks and opportunities to implement near and long-term mitigations. + Collaborate with peers within the broader foresight community to benchmark on trend analysis, share best practices, and integrate learnings.
