With multiple wins in the outside plant (OSP) and enterprise commercial space, we’re expanding our team and looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead technicians on critical projects across Florida and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing + Lead and supervise a team of technicians on daily fiber optic and low-voltage cabling projects. + Serve as the main point of contact on job sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. + Oversee trenching, digging, splicing, and installation activities in OSP environments. + Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate progress to internal teams. + Travel with your team to various project sites—this role requires 80% travel. + Step in and assist with hands-on work when needed to support your crew. Top Skills & Experience + ✅ Expert-level experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing. + ✅ Strong supervisory and leadership skills in field environments. + ✅ Proficiency in trenching, digging, and cable pathway construction. + ✅ Familiarity with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting. + ✅ Experience with Corning Fusion Splicers (M-90, X-77, I-LID, Opti-Splice). + ✅ Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of driving experience.
