Job Description:
Arrow is seeking a is seeking a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator to lead trade compliance efforts in the U.S. This role will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and U.S. Customs, ensuring all FTZ operations comply with regulations. The position involves close collaboration with US Trade Operations team and cross-functional coordination with logistics, supply chain, sourcing, and finance departments. Must be located in Reno, NV or willing to relocate to Reno, NV.
What You Will Be Doing:
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations; manage and submit FTZ documentation (e.g., e214, CF3461, CF7501, CF7512).
Inventory & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate inventory records; reconcile stock between systems; manage FTZ software and warehouse systems.
Customs Coordination: Act as the primary contact for Customs inspections and compliance reviews; manage PTTs and ITs for shipment movement.
Operational Oversight: Administer all FTZ activities including import/export processes, stock adjustments, and daily operations.
Reporting & Auditing: Conduct audits of shipments and filings; monitor and refile 3461 estimates as needed; support weekly customs filings.
Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to staff involved in FTZ operations; assist the Trade Compliance team as needed.
Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on U.S. Customs regulations and ensure internal procedures align with current requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or Finance) or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in FTZ administration, trade compliance, or logistics.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of FTZ regulations, import/export procedures, and customs compliance.
Experience with FTZ software, including handling weekly entries and annual reports.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
Accredited Zones Specialist (AZS)

Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 1-2 days in our Reno office 3-4 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$77,000.00 - $134,200.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
