In this role, you will:

Handle telephonic inquiries, typing, filing, communication and correspondence (i.e., monthly reports, memorandums, faxes, briefings, and spreadsheets)Be responsible for scheduling all meetings and conferencesBe responsible for communications, logistics, event tracking, documenting, capture history, scheduling and development of preparatory briefingsConduct weekly interaction directly with the Egyptian Embassy on visas, passports and foreign visitor requestsInterpret and implement foreign disclosure and international regulations for the Egyptian FLOProduce, provide quality control, and distribute reports, which may include budget, event master calendar, scheduling, conferences. You will also ensure all meeting requirements and notifications are current and coordinated with external stakeholdersBe responsible for Egyptian FLO strategic office planning and implementation to meet both near and far-term objectivesProvide analysis on FMS case funds to determine impact to future FLO office support plans and make recommendations or changes where neededCoordinate and provide estimates for the office’s travel arrangementsUpdate Action Items for Preliminary Study, Program Management Reviews, and Working SessionsBe responsible for all internal program purchase requisitions for equipment and suppliesEnsure office support accounts (E.g., Phone, Internet, janitorial, Pest Service) are kept in good standing and monthly bills paid.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

5 or more years of experienceBachelor's DegreeUS CitizenshipThe ability to obtain a NACIFamiliarity with the Egyptian Armed Forces structure and operationsStrong Understanding with AFSAC and FMS processesFluency in Arabic and English to perform translations (in-person/virtual meeting, electronic, documentation)The ability to perform a wide variety of logistics, financial management, and analysis servicesA good understanding of AFSAC Online, Worldwide Warehouse Redistribution Service (WWRS), and WebRoR
