The Opportunity:

As a  CACI Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) supporting Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), you will serve as the key point of information dissemination for a request for information and intelligence from foreign countries and foreign country intelligence agencies. This includes but is not exclusive to FVEY partners and other coalition nations. You will review, sanitize, and produce releasable versions of intelligence products to include reports, graphic data, and metadata from various Army projects. Candidate must have keen attention to detail and high familiarity with making accurate classification and release authorizations in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy-1 (NDP-1) and other IC guidance directives to include DoD Joint classification and release authorities and manuals.

Responsibilities:

The FDR will also support the following actions:

Assist customer FDO with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the program’s HQs and subordinate units in theater.

Assist the customer FDO with the release of Classified Military Information (CMI).

Apply the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases.

Assist all FDR's (Foreign Disclosure Representatives) and program staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign Disclosure.

Assist subordinate commands and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures.

Compile metrics to include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level, and to whom they have been pushed.

Assist FDO with the development of periodic FDR training materials.

Provide an activity report rolling up all weekly activities.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

Bachelor’s Degree OR at least two years of relevant security or FDO experience

A minimum of two years of Foreign Disclosure experience with at least one year in CCMD or Joint Task Force Staff

Specialized Training – Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW USCENTCOM REGULATION 380-5

Able to work independently with or without Supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMPO

Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s Area of Operation

Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems 

Desired: 

Master’s Degree 3 years and or bachelor’s degree 6 years of and or 10 years of total intelligence analysis experience can substitute for a degree relevant to  intelligence, security, or FDO experience. 

Experience working with FVEY Partners,  NATO or other US-led coalitions

Candidate will qualify for:

Moving expenses to relocate household from CONUS to Stuttgart, Germany

Dependent Education

LQA - Living Quarters Allowance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
