Minimum requirements:
Matric Paralegal or related qualification (advantageous) Experience with Legal Suite, Debt Management, Vertigo, Swordfish, or Excalibur (advantageous) 4–6 Years’ proven experience in bank-related foreclosure litigation Manage a high-volume caseload independently Manage the full litigation process for foreclosure matters on behalf of banking clients Draft all necessary legal documents, including: Section 129 notices Summonses Warrants of attachment Notices and Conditions of Sale Other banking litigation documentation Liaise professionally with banks, debtors, sheriff offices, and other stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to tight turnaround times and procedural requirements Capture case progress and outcomes on the internal case management system Prepare progress reports as required
