Key Responsibilities:
ForecastingBuild consensus sales forecast plan on sales items and non-sellable products by business channel Fine tune sales forecast in system for sales items by channel to ensure forecast in line with financial target and latest sell thru trend expectation. Manage forecast system on all factors to ensure right statistical forecast in system. Engage Novelty forecast with commercial team through consensus process. Collaborate with related stakeholders on SPM products to input forecast following wave cycle. Consistently achieve sustainable Forecast Accuracy target and Bias improvement. Host monthly S&OP meeting with regional forecast team.
Product SupplyPartner with logistics team to closely follow up with global customer service team on supply availability and shipment delivery on time. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure delivery on schedule to counters from purchase order validation, shipment tracking, supply tracking with shortage alert to labelling readiness. Manage supply planning on replenishment with logistics team to keep healthy inventory coverage.
Inventory ManagementClosely monitor the slow moving and PIPO stock to pre-alert the risk and seek for stock transfer to avoid destruction. Counter and DC inventory centralized monitor and issue tracking report along with monthly target.
PeopleCollaborate with functional team to support business; use expertise and knowledge for effective communication. Support & follow up on relevant motivational and human resource policies of Chanel including Global Vision, Mission, and Competencies.
Internal CommunicationAlways keep data/information transparent and always keep effective communication with related stakeholder by using matrix communication instead of line communication.

Academic / Professional Qualifications
University graduates or aboveWork Experience
Minimum 5 year work experience as sales forecaster in FMCG or cosmetics brands.Required Competencies
Good marketing sense and is familiar with product supply chain and forecasting process and inventory management.Good numerical sensitive and analytical skillsGood command of English both in spoken and written communications and the Excel skillsGood interaction skill and change management skill
