Job Description: Manages supply chain product flow to support customer requirements. Schedules procurement and manufacturing for a specified group of products. Reviews material flow parameters such as order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, replenishment interval, and recommends appropriate levels to support the business/customer requirements. Manages raw material and semi - finished inventory buffer quantities. Monitors and reports capacity requirements, special order and stock service levels. Continuously works to i mprove the planning and scheduling process. Identifies ways to improve customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain efficiency to achieve measurable results; participates in implementation. The supervisor provides guidance and is consulted for assistance in problem areas and major changes to supply chain parameters. The selected candidate will be reporting to the 3M GSC Philippines office. Main Responsibilities: 1. Handle simple to moderate purchase requisition tasks for assigned countries, regions, or areas, including : - Converting purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO) for both SAP and Legacy systems and troubleshooting PR to PO issues. - Monitoring open POs, including managing manual purchase order acknowledgments (POA). - Following up on open orders to address delays and expedite shipments as necessary. - Coordinating PO deliveries and managing interactions with vendors. - Making changes to POs regarding quantities and delivery dates. 2. Resolve moderate to complex exceptions and manage inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders. 3. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights. 4. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to gather and analyze data to improve forecasting accuracy. 5. Create and manage production schedules to align with demand forecasts and operational capabilities. 6. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or other operational challenges. 7. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services by closely monitoring the entire forecasting and scheduling process. 8. Follow a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within the Forecast to Schedule areas . 9. Ensure compliance with internal Forecast To Schedule business rules and SOX controls . 10. Assist with resolution of audit queries. 11. Resolve simple to mid - complex issues and provide issue resolution according to the set guidelines provided. 12. Complete assigned tasks within SLA targets. 13. Follow up on process delays and coordinate activities required to complete assigned tasks within SLA targets. 14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in the forecasting and scheduling processes. 15. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting and scheduling efficiency. 16. Participate in preparation for transitions. 17. Train new hires for the same role or function. 18. Follow corporate standards and guidelines. 19. Coordinate in a timely manner with different teams through emails, meetings, or phone calls, requiring high levels of accuracy and critical thinking. 20. Generate and provide simple reports and analytics directly related to the function. 21. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or the Operations Manager. 22. Participate in training and pre/post deployment support. 23. Perform other administrative duties as required by the business. 24. Demonstrate flexibility on schedule (APAC, EMEA, USAC) and assigned tasks based on business needs and requirements. 25. A menable to render overtime to complete urgent tasks. Basic Qualifications: 1. B achelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or its equivalent from an accredited university. 2. Excellent analytical abilities with know ledge and experience on interpreting complex data sets is an asset. 3. Exceptional customer service skills and a strong focus on quality. 4. High attention to detail and extensive experience with operational processes. 5. Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of ERP/SAP, FTS tools, and applications is an advantage. 6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 7. Proficient in research, analytical, and problem - solving skills. 8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional Asian languages is an advantage. 9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast - paced, dynamic environment. 10. Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating tasks. 11. Strong attention to detail and experience working with operational processes. 12. Proven skills in training individuals. 13. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. 14. Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly. 15. Structured approach to planning and managing workload efficiently. 16. Experience working across a wide array of organizations, countries, and business or functional processes Preferred Qualifications: 1. Background in Supply Chain. 2. 1 - 2 years of experience in FTS transactional activities or equivalent work experience in Finance & Accounting or Supply Chain; experience in Pricing is an advantage. 3. Experience in forecasting, scheduling, or a related analytical role. 4. Familiarity with sourcing principles. 5. Knowledge of ERP/SAP, FTS tools, and applications; previous experience with SAP systems is an asset.
