Ford Protect Manager
+ Strong supervisory experience & ability to manage & lead team members + Excellent Negotiation Skills & Strong Emotional Resilience + Expert-level knowledge in Ford Protect Products (Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, Extended Warranty) + Expert-level knowledge in One Warranty System and GESB systems + Knowledge of PANDA, Microcat, PTS, GESB + Knowledge of MEA, SSA Markets + Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage many aspects at the same time + Ability to do costings for different Ford Protect Plans + An extrovert with good interpersonal and communication skills who drives results. + Able to work under tight deadlines, pressurized environment. + Able to deal with conflict and is resourceful in problem solving. + Strong Analytical skills and a sound knowledge of business financials + High competency and proficiency in the functionality of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including strong presentation skills, is non-negotiable. + Must be prepared to travel At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. + Develop plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives + Develop business processes to streamline the business + Develop and submit marketing matters papers and no prod approvals + Develop Bonus Strategy and Merit Club Strategy + Monitor sales and claims, take corrective actions to ensure achievement of objectives. + Facilitate the business growth of the sales business by developing business plans and using marketing, training, and analysis tools. + Responsible for the business unit MCRP for MEA/SSA and SA + to Corporate Finance Manual (FM) and other compliance requirements, and perform Controls Self-Assessment Tool (MCRP in Ford) to mitigate risks + Support and prepare for all audits (Guardrisk Audit, FSCA Audit, Compliance Audit) + Product Design, Development & Launch + Develop plans for MEA/ SSA and SA based on market needs + Identify and Develop New Product requirements + Work with Finance to develop pricing for Ford Protect Plans + Lead Product Creation and set up in GESB + Lead Ford Protect Launches (Take to Market Plan & execution) + Setting up dealer platforms to ensure pricing, product wording, and brochures are loaded correctly + Monitor profit and losses on the products MEA/SSA and SA + Provide dealer support + Set up of Ford Suppliers for the Ford Protect Unit + Qualification: BTECH or Degree + RE1 and RE5 Qualification is preferred + Experience in Ford Protect operations is preferred + Understanding Treating Customers Fairly (6 Outcomes) + Experience in FAIS audits to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority Knowledge of FAIS regulations **Requisition ID** : 45732
