Ford Pro Sales Operations Analyst

The Fleet Programs Analyst will help the sales Operations team respond to market place conditions with administration of targeted incentive programs for our Ford Pro dealers, customers and business partners such as upfitters. The role will also provide an agile support model for situational projects supporting broader vehicle sales initiatives
• Develop incentive programs including eligibility requirements and program set up.
• Ensure accuracy of program rules, processes and procedures.
• Craft program announcements to targeted audiences
• Handle inbound/outbound program communications to customers, dealers and business partners related
• Research and resolve claim disputes or escalations
• Report out program claim and payment data
• Support the administration of fleet dropship
• Support Fleet Programs Manager and Order to Delivery Manager as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related Business Management field
• Keen ability to interface with varying levels of management, present ideas and supporting data.
• Experience with identifying problems, researching root causes, and resolving technical/analytical issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task as well as effectively prioritize competing priorities.
• Be a flexible team player with emphasis on collaboration.
• Maintain positive attitude even in the face of adversity.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Alteryx, Excel, Incentive administrative tools such as Smart Vincent and Ford product awareness a plus!
