This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Ford Credit Britain (FCB) and Ford of Britain (FoB), collaborating closely with our white-label partner and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programmes and drive lease performance. + Support the Ford Lease relationship: Support the day-to-day interactions with our white-label partner, including regular travel to Bristol. + Drive performance: Monitor lease portfolio metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support contract penetration and renewal targets. + Deliver marketing excellence: Develop and implement integrated marketing programmes, ensuring flawless execution and strong ROI. + Collaborate across teams: Work with Sales, Finance, Yield Management, and Communications to align strategies and support vehicle sales. + Champion customer fairness: Ensure all marketing activity reflects Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty principles. **The minimum requirements we seek:** + Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of automotive or financial services markets. Experience working with dealer networks or leasing products is essential + Strong communication and influencing skills — able to engage stakeholders at all levels. + Experience within the Ford Dealer network or Ford Credit Britain is beneficial but not required.
