Coordinate the activities and processes associated with the Ford Custom Garage in the Vehicle Personalization area, which is focused on fleet care services in 2 main programs:
• Dealer Channel: Marketing & Sales of accessories for customers through the dealer network
• Receive and analyze requests from new customers & dealers who are interested.
• Support the Marketing & Sales Manager at customer contact points when they have questions, complaints or any other need related to this program.
• Production Program: Management of program databases, registration, and deregistration of accessories on vehicles.
• Maintenance of information on the portal for dealers regarding programs, images and/or documentation.
• Support field engineers to help the Hermosillo & CSAP plant related to the maintenance of their accessories program issues that require After-Sales attention.
Support in updating documentation on customer and distributor portals in the necessary business processes, manuals, and policies.
What you´ll need:
Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of any Engineer Program 100% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening) High Microsoft Excel Skills with Strong analytical skills• Receive and analyze requests from new customers & dealers who are interested.
