From conducting flight safety investigations and educating pilots on potential safety threats to implementing medical programs and helping prevent employee injuries, our team is instrumental in running a safe and successful airline for our customers and employees.
Job overview and responsibilities
The FOQA/MOQA Data Manager manages day-to-day aspects of the aviation operational data captured from all FOQA and MOQA equipped fleets to forecast risk and promote aviation safety. Primary focus to produce FOQA and MOQA presentations, trend analysis and event review reporting to senior management, industry, and labor groups.

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experienceUndergraduate degree in technical, safety, or aviation related discipline or equivalent level of work experience3 years’ experience in aviation industryAircraft performance, operational and programming knowledge, Microsoft Office, database programsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degreeAviation Related Field, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data ScienceFAA ATP, A&P, Flight InstructorFamiliar with GE Event Measurement SystemPrevious FOQA experience
1+ years of experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI)
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
