JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopper Marketing Senior Assistant Manager to join our trade marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create impactful shopper marketing programs.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Drive Unmissable Brand Superiority In-Store
Marketing to Shopper
Strategize and plan end to end deployment of in-store merchandising materials
Redefine merchandising framework from what merch types and structures to key messaging and visuals tailored to each
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of merch to optimize future initiatives
Social First
Define the shopper journey from social touchpoints to in-store engagement
Shape the online-to-offline conversion models and engagement tactics
Utilize CRM data to inform shopper marketing tactics and enhance the customer journey
Seasonal Thematics
Craft plans to maximize key seasonal thematic campaigns for foods
Unlock Institutional Capabilities
Sampling
Design the sampling model to drive optimal conversion.
Operationalize and ensure 100% OTIF of all sampling runs.
Conduct performance evaluations to measure sampling impact and ROI
Partnerships
Lock in collaborations that support brand equity building and product trial/usage
Align partnership initiatives with overall commercial and marketing goals
D4R (Design for the Retailer) - Top 5 Customers:
Collaborate with the top 5 customers to co-create omni-channel marketing plans
Tailor strategies to align with customer-specific goals and shopper insights
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing programs
Experience working with major retailers and understanding of the retail environment

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term shopper marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
