Job Title: Foods PH Integrated Planning Response Planner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OBJECTIVES/KPI of the ROLE
1) Responsible for ensuring consistent/perfect service (DR and CCFOT) to our customers by solving short-term and mid-term supply challenges.
2) Drives continuous improvement, digital solutions (Kinaxis), and strengthening work with 3P partner (CG) to step up business delivery.
3) To control and monitor inventory level and business waste as per target
4) To support the on time in full NPD (launch & re-launch) / promotion executions as per agreed network
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Customer service: Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives-DR (Dispatch Rate)Planning Related DR Loss reductionReview Critical stocks / OOS, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situationWorking Capital/Cash (Stock) reductionReview overstock / excess stocks, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situationSupply Planning
Will be responsible for planning End to end FG supply of Foods Cooking Aids portfolioEstablish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with 3P partner (CG) responsible for End-to-End Supply Planning and Inventory Specialist to optimize supply related KPIs while optimizing planning tools available and to be rolled out in the future.Collaborate with Execution planners on Short Term plan and LTCP for mid to long term plans to facilitate smooth operations.Coordinates with Export Planner on regular orders and NPIs to ensure delivery of export orders.Manage Working capital targets of site to agreed management levels through proper inventory management and FG stock modellingSupport innovations and activations by ensuring on time production of pipeline volumesGood to have:Rough cut capacity plan and CU simulations to ensure that adequate and timely investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to DSR/RCDSR.Plan production according to the market requirements and maintain a live and valid master production scheduleOptimize the production plan by optimization of the run strategy and alignment with Manufacturing Site with full use of Kinaxis in planning simulations/scenariosQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycleExperience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)Proficient in ExcelCommercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledgeExperienced in handling different teams and people managementHigh influential skills and maturity in terms of working with cross functional teams is an advantageUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
