With easy access to year-round outdoor adventures at nearby Geneva State Park, there's lots to keep you busy before, during, and after work! + Health, dental, and vision insurance* + 401k with company match* + Paid vacation days and holidays* + Paid parental bonding leave* + Tuition or professional certification reimbursement* + Weekly pay + Employee discounts including 30% off retail, 20% off Canopy Tour Zip Line, 20% off restaurant, and lodging discounts + Discounted employee meals including a $9 menu + Friends and family discount on lodging + Referral bonus – earn $200 for each eligible referral + Training and development with opportunities for internal mobility and growth including the chance to work at our other locations nationwide *Available for full-time, year-round team members **What will you do?** + Oversee daily operations of the stationary food truck, including opening, closing, and service flow. + Supervise food truck team members, ensuring proper training, task coverage, and adherence to service standards. + Deliver a high-quality guest experience at the food truck window through friendly, efficient service. + Manage inventory and supply levels specific to the food truck, coordinating orders and deliveries as needed. + Ensure the food truck complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. + Handle cash and POS digital transactions at the food truck, and complete daily sales reporting accurately. + Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency and quality within the food truck’s compact kitchen. + Maintain cleanliness and coordinate routine upkeep of the stationary food truck and its equipment. + Operate a golf cart and motor vehicle as necessary to support food truck operations, supply transport, or service needs. + Safely operate and drive the food truck at the end of service days, weekends, or events as needed. + Train and supervise Food Truck Cook Attendants. **More about you** + Minimum one year experience as a Lead cook or Kitchen Supervisor + Previous supervisory experience required + Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity + Attentive and detailed oriented with basic math skills to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements + Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment + Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible on an MVR and drug screening as part of the background screening. + Must have or willing to obtain Serve Safe certification **Physical requirements** + Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs + Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms + Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids + Must be able to work in small, confined spaces and perform duties in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold. **Shift details** Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Event based **Who we are** The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake boasts breathtaking views with its location on the southern shore of Lake Erie, near Geneva State Park in the heart of Ohio Wine Country.
