Here are the basic functions of the job: + Setup dining room , steamtable and cold stations for meal service. + Records food, dish machine, refrigerator and freezer temperatures + reviews menu spread sheet prior to meal service. + Serves meals according to diet and written instructions on meal ticket. + Cleans and sanitizes tables, dishware, equipment and countertops after each meal. + Maintains adequate quantities of supplies in storage, dates, rotates and discards outdated items. + Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies. + Follow safety regulations. Qualifications: + Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. + must be able to follow oral and written instructions. + Ability to function in a flexible work environment.
