Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and working with the Enlisted Club. Responsibilities Operates a small coffee and snack bar, preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages (e.g. coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies) made to order snack items (e.g., crepes, waffles, ice cream) and pre-packaged food items. Operates a cash register, handles transactions, and maintains accurate cash records. Sets up and maintains the service area, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, including equipment, floors, and surfaces. Performs heavy cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., cleaning coffee machines, refrigerators, freezers). Responsible for inventory management and re-ordering supplies. Receives deliveries of food and supplies. Accomplishes trash removal and disposal. Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate (or complete required training). Ability to pass required background checks (local and national). Willingness to adhere to uniform requirements. Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
