Sodexo School Services is seeking a high energy Food Service Manager to join our management team, at Waco Independent School District, in Waco, TX.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills and the ability to effectively manage front-line production employees in a dynamic environment.

This position has a start time of 7:00 am, M-F.
What You'll Do Maintain and develop client relationships and customer satisfaction for multi-functional food service areas to ensure account retention and positive public relationsEstablish and maintain a safe work environmentSupervise multiple K-12 school sites day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standardsUtilize Sodexo resources and programs to ensure operating standards and regulatory requirements are met and employees have the necessary equipment and inventoryManage by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees in order to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order drive a high-level of employee engagement What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
