Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 1 for Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home in Bayside, NY. This leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of the Dining Services program. Ability to work a flexible schedule, with possible weekend rotation, is highly preferred.
What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day food operations, food safety and patient satisfaction; Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.
