Food Service Coordinator
FT shift varies Bethesda North in Montgomery, great benefits! 

Under the direction of management of the Nutrition department, performs tasks according to established procedures in the cafeteria and coffee shop. Performs set-up of coffee shop and all cafeteria stations to include cash register. Makes change for cashiers, audits safe and cashiers, counts down cash drawers. Accurately records sales information on a cash reconciliation report. Communicates and monitors supplies to keep coffee shop and cafeteria stocked with needed supplies such as food, paper products, meat and produce. Participates with inventory as needed. Practices safe and sanitary habits while performing all assigned duties. Follows and maintains Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines. Monitors staffing and assists with training of staff. Leads and participates in daily staff huddles. Performs numerous activities that require constant interaction with co-workers, so must function as a team player and provide support in all areas of the Nutrition department as needed. Provides prompt, courteous and friendly service at all times. Performs service recovery as needed.

Job Requirements:

High School Degree or GED
Able to read and perform basic math calculations, reading and writing skills
1-2 years experience in a related field

Job Responsibilities:

Works assigned area always keeping Service Excellence And customer service a priority.
Performs all assigned tasks accurately, willingly, and on time
Follows all sanitation procedures per HAACP standards
Assists with scheduling, daily staffing, shadow reports, daily huddles, and ensures that all retail and marketing programs and followed by all staff.
Assists and supports all areas of the Nutrition department.
Maintains all security guidelines that pertain to money, cashier processes, sales, and customer service.
