Food Service Cook

Cook Job Duties:
General duties consist of total menu preparation for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and all hospital guests. Also included are complete physician dining room meal services.
Cook Requirements:
High School or Equivalent (GED)
Completion of a Culinary School course, volume food preparation, or fine restaurant menu preparation (preferred)
Current Serv Safe Certification (preferred)
One to three (1-3) years of experience in Food Service or a related field.
Ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language.
Ability to operate large and small food service equipment such as: ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, urns, mixers, blenders, braising pans, stem kettles, etc.
Schedule:
Hours between 5:30am-7:00pm
Rotating weekends
