Top Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process engineering within the food industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, including yield, scrap, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.Proven project management experience with a track record of successful execution.Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements in material conversion efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize product consistency and throughput.Collect, manage, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and drive data-informed decisions.Lead and support process improvement projects from concept through implementation.Present findings and recommendations to both frontline staff and leadership, influencing operational strategies.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance manufacturing practices.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
