Job Title: Food Science Innovation and Productivity Specialist Job Description We are seeking a technically skilled food science professional to support our Design to Consumer Value initiatives. This role integrates technical feasibility, consumer science, and project management to transform early-stage ideas into actionable, cost-effective innovations. You will play a vital role in leading workshops, assessing feasibility, and developing a pipeline of productivity opportunities that directly enhance product value and margin. Responsibilities + Lead workshops to foster innovation and productivity. + Evaluate early-stage concepts and guide them through feasibility assessments. + Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and consumer science teams to validate ideas and optimize product design. + Support cost breakdowns and value assessments using consumer science tools, such as green line association. Essential Skills + Project management experience. + Proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis. + Experience in R&D and flavor science. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Confident and proactive personality. + Strong technical fluency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build dashboards and communicate insights clearly. + Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Engineering preferred.
