Food Production Operative
Location: Evesham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.10 per hour
Contract: temp to perm (after 12 weeks)

We are looking for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham. This is a full-time role with consistent working hours, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:Working on a production line, preparing and packing food productsEnsuring quality control and food safety standards are metOperating machinery and equipment as requiredKeeping the work area clean and adhering to hygiene regulationsFollowing health and safety guidelines at all timesRequirements:Previous experience in food production or a similar role is beneficial but not essentialAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicComfortable working in a chilled or ambient food production environment
