Temporary position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30am)Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to strict gluten?free recipes.Operate and clean mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor dough quality—texture, consistency, temperature.Sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment; maintain food safety and cGMP standards.Record production batch details—ingredient lot numbers, yields, waste.Store ingredients properly with accurate labeling and rotation.Assist with ingredient inventory, restocking, and ordering.Support other production areas (e.g., freezing, packaging) as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures—including safety, EEO, and GMPs.Food Production Associates Qualifications:
Previous experience in baking, food production, or a similar environment preferred—but training can be provided.Strong attention to detail, especially around recipe accuracy and sanitation.Ability to follow written instructions and batch records accurately.Knowledge of food safety practices and a clean, organized work ethic.Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to ~50 lbs.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
