We are seeking an experienced O **perations Manager** to run operations at our busiest **Air Force** dining facility. This position work hand in hand with the General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and to standard operations at two dining facilities on **Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX** . You wil join a team of 4 salaried sodexo managers, 6 supervisors and 80 Sodexo frontline employees, as well as a subcontractor with 6 supervisors and 75 frontline employees. Standards, Training and management of frontline supervisors is a key component to this role. **What You'll Do** + support other members of the management team; + have daily client interaction; + manage the Food Management System (FMS). + conduct inventory Management; + provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed; + be responsible for growing relationships with key client contacts; and/or + ensure compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards at all levels and participates in the audit process **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
