What will I be doing?
A Food and Drinks Admin and Training Coordinator will support the Food and Beverage department by coordinating administrative tasks, organizing training sessions, and ensuring smooth communication and compliance within the department.
As a Food and Drinks Admin and Training Coordinator, you will assist the Food and Beverage leadership team by managing departmental administrative duties, facilitating training activities, and ensuring all procedures are well-documented and compliant with Hilton standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Coordinate and manage daily administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department
Maintain accurate records of staff training, certifications, and departmental documentation
Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing onboarding and ongoing training for Food and Beverage Team Members
Communicate effectively with outlet managers to collect updates and relay key information
Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and local regulations regarding documentation and training
Support department meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Assist with procurement requests, inventory documentation, and expense tracking
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through clear communication and supportive coordination

Previous experience in an administrative, training, or coordination role (preferably in hospitality)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and within a team
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience in a Food and Beverage or hotel environment
Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and training platforms
Familiarity with HR or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
