Food Champions are focused on preparing and serving food for our customers, as well as other job duties. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Primary job duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the time Always upholding our strict food safety standards Preparing food and drink orders, accurately and quickly Preparing and caring for our fresh ingredients Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc. Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment Requirements The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers! Must be at least 16 years of age Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills. Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another). Attendance and Punctuality a must Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
