Food & Beverage Trainer

Various offering for meetings and conferences business and social gatherings of every description, and most, a fully dedicated team committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury, quality and service which define the company. **The Role** The **Food & Beverage Trainer** is responsible for elevating the quality of service delivery across all hotel dining outlets. This role focuses on upskilling the F&B team through structured training programs that align with Hyatt’s service culture, operational standards, and guest expectations. Some of the key responsibilities: · Work closely with the hotel training manager and F&B Manager, to address training needs, performance gaps and recommend solutions. · Design and deliver training sessions for restaurant, room service and banquet staff. · Conduct regular standards and performance audits, build and implement action plans. · Promote a culture of excellence, consistency, and teamwork within all F&B outlets. · Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for F&B staff. · Ensure alignment with Hyatt’s quality service standards. · Monitor guest feedback and recommend service improvements based on insights. **Qualifications:** · 2 years of hands-on experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a five-star hotel. · Prior exposure to training or staff development is a strong advantage. · Solid understanding of F&B service standards, menu knowledge, and guest relations. · Strong communication and coaching skills. · Ability to engage and motivate teams in a dynamic environment. **With Hyatt, you will enjoy many great benefits:** · Complimentary stays at Hyatt hotels. · Special and additional leaves / paid time-off. · Medical and life insurance. · Free Parking · Special employee discounts of the hotel services. **Primary Location:** JO-AM-Amman **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Amman **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** AMM000438 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
