The Role

The Food Beverage Trainer is responsible for elevating the quality of service delivery across all hotel dining outlets. This role focuses on upskilling the FB team through structured training programs that align with Hyatt’s service culture, operational standards, and guest expectations.

Some of the key responsibilities:

· Work closely with the hotel training manager and FB Manager, to address training needs, performance gaps and recommend solutions.

· Design and deliver training sessions for restaurant, room service and banquet staff.

· Conduct regular standards and performance audits, build and implement action plans.

· Promote a culture of excellence, consistency, and teamwork within all FB outlets.

· Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for FB staff.

· Ensure alignment with Hyatt’s quality service standards.

· Monitor guest feedback and recommend service improvements based on insights.
