Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.

What you’ll do:

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and eventsLead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding serviceEnsure smooth shift operations, from staff allocation to guest satisfactionUphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standardsSupport the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitalityStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage and motivate a diverse teamExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilityFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
