Job Description
Oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.Manages and trains front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service.Coordinates inventory, ordering, and ensures stock levels are maintained.Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Handles guest feedback, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a F&B Supervisor or Leader is a mustExperience in hotels is preferred but not requiredA related degree or certifications are preferred but not requiredStrong leadership skills and a positive attitude
