One of Melbourne’s most iconic CBD arcades is fast transforming, with the redevelopment of "Melbourne Walk" Arcade set to see IHGs first Australian dual-branded hotel project, opening in 2025.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the supervision of Outlet operations, including but not limited to – service mise en place, equipment set up and pack down, food and beverage service periods. You’ll create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
**A little taste of your day-to-day**
+ Assisting F&B management with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
+ Ensure all food and beverage served is in accordance to brand standards and served at appropriate time and place
+ Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
+ Excellent Communication skills – guest will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
+ Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
+ Be a trusted contact for all guests – help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge.
+ Maximize revenue on shift through promotion and upselling, and training of colleagues
+ Assist in ensuring training of Food & Beverage staff is carried out and training plans are designed and implemented to meet needs
+ Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
+ Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
+ Stay calm under pressure while boosting team morale and fostering a culture people are proud to be part of
**What we need from you**
+ At least 1 years of related experience, as a Team leader or Supervisor.
+ A genuine passion for food and a love for sharing your culinary stories with our guests
+ Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate, as required by local law.
+ Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
