Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. Your role will include leading teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and driving both revenue and guest satisfaction. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of food and beverage professionals. Foster a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Financial Management: Create, monitor, and manage budgets for labor, food, beverage, and supplies, while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.

Guest Experience: Stay attuned to guest feedback and industry trends to continually enhance service and dining experiences.

Innovation: Develop and execute promotional events, buffet presentations, and creative initiatives to expand market presence and exceed guest expectations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, corporate policies, and local/state regulations.

Asset Management: Protect hotel assets by maintaining equipment, ensuring sanitation practices, and supporting a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 4–5 years of progressive leadership in food and beverage operations, ideally within an upscale hotel or restaurant.

Skills: Strong understanding of food and beverage service, financial management, and hospitality operations.

Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and inspire large teams.

Problem Solving: Analytical skills to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both guests and colleagues.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to work 40–50 hours per week across a five-day schedule.

Travel may be required for task force or special projects.
