Job DescriptionThe Food & Beverage Manager will be the second-in-charge of the Food & Beverage department, assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing all aspects of the F&B operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will help manage the day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the resort's F&B offerings.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior F&B role, preferably within a luxury resort or fine dining establishment.Proven track record of excellence in F&B operations and guest service.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.Additional Information
