Key Responsibilities\nAll rules & regulations are strictly established and adhered to within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.\nThe sales are driven to the department’s full potential and budgets and forecasts are adhered to.\nAll costs are in line with sales without compromising quality, i.e. minimum 85% LQA score.\nThe department is driven in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.\nInnovation and new ideas are fostered, implemented and shared with other hotels via corporate office.\nInternal talents are grown to ensure a smooth transition in case of promotions and transfers.\nAt least one member of the team has a restaurateur background and experience outside of the 5* hotel industry.\n
Job RequirementsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s or similar degree from an accredited college or university with major work in Tourism/Hotel Management as well as sound training and education in the international luxury hotel business managementEXPERIENCE:\nAt least five years of experience as F&B Manager or Director of F&B\nInternational experience in comparative positions\nSound training in various departments in international luxury hotels\nLANGUAGE: \nAbility to work and communicate in a multinational environment\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nCroatian – advantage\nAdditional language - beneficial\n\nCOMPETENCIES: Include the skills the candidate must have to fill this position:\nAnalytical thinking\nVery good executive competence\nAbility to motivate and supervise our employees\nAdministration skills\nPlanning and organizational skills\n
