You will be responsible in providing daily operational support for Food Services Department. Your duties will also include:
Ensure smooth operations during plating service Management of projects Management of finance and budget control Supervisory role – management of staff in the section Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Management in one of operations support areas: Management of meal ordering system Management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance) Management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers) Management of food procurement, distribution process, and inventory management. Ensuring food are stored in accordance with the guidelines.
Job Requirements
Degree in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm; PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 8.30pm) Experience in management and operations will be an advantage IT savvy Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
