Job Description

Join the team at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel, where warm service meets a relaxed riverside setting. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, whether serving in the restaurant, bar, or supporting events. This is a hands-on role suited to energetic and outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional service across restaurant, bar, and functionsTake food and beverage orders and deliver promptly to guestsMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all service areasEnsure compliance with RSA and food safety standardsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Previous F&B or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)Current RSA certification (or ability to obtain)Strong communication and customer service skillsAvailability for split shifts (breakfast & dinner) and some weekend work
