The Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney.
As a Food Beverage Attendant, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests. You will possess high attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a high paced setting. Your main responsibility as a Barista will be making all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the standard accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
A passion for providing exceptional serviceA warm and caring attitudeBarista experience and knowledge, with strong Latte Art skills
Ability to produce a high-volume amount of coffees with speed and accuracy
