Assists the Food Beverage management team to ensure that FB outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standardsTo provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guestsMaintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever requiredHandles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
