We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** POSITION SUMMARY: Serves food and beverages to employees and visitors coming through the cafeteria line. Operates cash register and reconciles cash deposits. Stocks and cleans all areas of the cafeteria. POPULATION SERVED: Core competencies will be assessed primarily on the following patient population(s) served: medical/surgical conditions and diseases cardiovascular, neuro, GI, renal, immunocompromised including but not limited to: CHF, CAD, CVA/TIA, metabolic disorders, oncology, COPD, malnourished, etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Serves food and beverages to staff, guest, and physicians. 2. Operates cash register and completes all cash deposits. 3. Maintains all cafeteria service areas clean and organized. 4. Disposes of all departmental waste. 5. Serves customers with courtesy and respect. 6. Complies with all HACCP,TDH, JCAHO and safety and sanitation guidelines. 7.
