A Food and Drinks Manager is responsible for managing operations of all Food and Drinks venues (including kitchen), with a strong focus on our destination restaurant: BlueBlood, to deliver an excellent guest experience while training team members and working within budgeted guidelines.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Manage all Food and Drinks Venues operationsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceEnsure compliance of brand standardsRecruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Drinks teamManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and PayrollSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresDevelop menus with other members of Food and Drinks teamAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenueCarry out annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibilityEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generatedBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
