A Full-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator.

Duties include:

Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as requiredThe upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applicationsAddressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectivelyMaintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll informationAttending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow upsThe Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processesAssisting in the administration of F&D related projects and F&D marketing as requiredF&D team training co-ordination and administration

We are looking for a candidate who:

Is organised and accurateHas a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Has good knowledge of the F&D operationIs fluent in both written and spoken EnglishIs willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective
