Classification: Full-Time
\nSchedule: Open Availability, including AM/PM/Overnight, weekends and holidays are required.
\nThe hourly rate: $26.64 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate for this position will:
\n\nHave at least two (2) years of food and beverage supervisor experience.\nHave hospitality/hotel knowledge. \nBe able to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts. \nBe passionate about hospitality and career growth. \n\n\n
What will I be doing?
\nAs a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupervise, support, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues and make improvements accordingly.\nAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.\nWhat are we looking for?
