A Food & Beverage Supervisor in glass brasserie will be responsible for supervising the operations of this fine dining restaurant to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.

What will I be doing?

\n

A glass brasserie Food and Beverage Supervisor will be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSupervise the glass brasserie operation\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nManage guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner\nRepresent needs of the team\nAssist management with achieving financial targets\nAssist management with the recruitment, training and development of team members\nAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious experience in hotel industry or fine dining\nResponsible Service of Alcohol certification\nPrevious experience in supervising and/or delegation\nWillingness to develop team members and self\n\n
