What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations\nCommunicate and delegate tasks to the team\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nRepresent needs of the team\nAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members\nAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)\nAt least 1 year of Food and Beverage experience, in a leadership role\nProficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work on your own or in teams\n\n
