This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality dining experiences by supporting the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and event services. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and support the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest satisfaction. + Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service. + Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow. + Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all areas under responsibility. + Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and care. + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. + Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management processes as assigned by leadership. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment. + Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and service techniques. + Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. + Intermediate to advanced English preferred. **Primary Location:** CR-San José **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Escazu San Jose **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** SAN033692 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
