About the role

In your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for engaging with our guests and supervising and supporting your team with daily activities. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a small team on a rotating roster. This role will oversee the Restaurant, In Room Dining as well as Events hosted throughout the hotel. Your duties will include:

\n\nSupporting daily Food and Beverage Operations by being hands on within the department\nLead the team with energy and flair, making sure every guest experience goes above and beyond\nInspire and develop the team to be friendly, professional, and fully tuned into the key operational know-how that keeps everything running smoothly\nBe able to lead both a-la-carte (Lunch and Dinner) and buffet style service (Breakfast and Events)\nAssist in the planning and execution of hotel events, including setup, pack-down, and catering support, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.\nUnderstand menu content, what’s new, what’s changing, and what’s popular and keep the team informed about every delicious detail and promotion\nComplete purchase orders for products for bar and restaurant \n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nExperience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment  \nA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences\nDemonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure\nWell-presented, organised and calm personality\n\n
