Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay $25.00 - $26.00 / hour

What will you do?Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are metAssign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasksAssist managers in team member training and complianceInvestigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volumeGreet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
